—Photo by KIM DERR The winner of the beautiful quilt that was raffled off at The Cottage Thrift Shop is Jan Hansen of Sandpoint. A huge thank you goes to Sylvia Eisele, a Panhandle Special Needs, Inc. volunteer who took the squares and sewed them all together to create the quilt. Some of the participants of PSNI were happy to present the quilt to everyone in the community. The Cottage Thrift Shop is a division of PSNI that trains and supports over 100 developmentally disabled adults, and has been a vital addition to the community for over 30 years.
