In this season of giving and sharing, I would like to commend the Clark Fork Food Bank for doing an excellent job helping those in need in eastern Bonner County.

This food bank is very capably managed by Pat Derr, with the able assistance of her husband, Roland, and several dedicated helpers. All of them are strictly volunteers, receive no financial compensation, and pay all their own expenses. This food bank is supported entirely by donations. I encourage all of you who are so inclined to join me in supporting this very worthy cause.
