A construction site was reported burglarized in the 700 block of Superior Street at 7:28 a.m. and tools taken.

A K9 officer assisted Ponderay Police on a call in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 8:12 a.m.

Relatives called for a welfare check in the 200 block of Halley sTreet at 8:52 a.m., then canceled the request.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Fifth Avenue at 10:35 a.m.

A follow-up report was taken on a previously reported incident on Fir Street at 11:04 a.m.

Cody W. Torgerson, 41, of Sagle was cited on a charge of driving without privileges in the Cedar Street area at 1:59 p.m.

An officer located a vehicle that was on fire and still in motion in the area of N. Boyer Avenue and Spruce Street at 2:43 p.m; the driver was safely removed and the fire department extinguished the fire.

Report of an accidental 911 activation while trying to get an outside line in the Fifth Avenue area at 7:28 p.m.

Lynn L Wright, 30, of Sagle was arrested in the area of S. Fourth Avenue and Superior Street at 11:16 p.m. oh charges of driving without privileges, third offense; no insurance, second offense; and on a Bonner County warrant.
