Randles to compete in Hall of Fame Classic

SANDPOINT — The best wrestlers in the state of Idaho will be in action on Saturday at the second Idaho Wrestling Hall of Fame Classic at Meridian High School, and Sandpoint’s Casey Randles will be among them.

Randles, the top-ranked 182-pound wrestler in the state of Idaho and a reigning Idaho state and Tri-State champion, will put his undefeated season record of 28-0 on the line against Tate Grover from American Falls.

It’s part of an all-star dual format that itself as a matchup of the best wrestlers in Idaho from each weight class. A selection committee chooses who they feel to be the two best kids in the state at each weight, regardless of classification, and they meet in Meridian to wage a battle.
