Based on these Findings of Fact, the Board of County Commissioners concludes the proposal does meet all of the applicable approval criteria of the Bonner County Revised Code, and therefore is approved. The action that could be taken to obtain the conditional use permit is to complete the conditions of approval as listed here with the exception of A-6 is in accordance with the December 3rd proposal and the amended A-11.
