Jensen, Roop power Thunder to big wins

KOOTENAI — Shayne Jensen posted 16 points, five rebounds, three steals and two blocks, leading the Kootenai Thunder boys basketball team to a 55-51 overtime loss to North Idaho Christian, nearly handing the top team in the Mountain Christian League their first league loss. 

Buckley Roop added 10 points, five rebounds and three steals, Peter Soderberg nine points, 13 rebounds and three steals, Curtis Roop eight points and five rebounds and Shepley Osman six points and four rebounds.
