Strega Gardens brings herbal care, education to area

SANDPOINT — Strega Gardens and Herbal Care, 418 Pine St., is expanding and opening to new patients.

Owner Laura Clemmons offers herbal education, advising, counseling, herbal remedies, tincture blends, oils, and salves, as well as bath blends and teas to men women and children, including help with the common cold, flu, strep throat, diet and nutrition as well as spiritual guidance and journey work.

Though she works with anyone, Clemmons’ specialty is women’s health and she focuses on infertility, pregnancy preparation, postpartum care, birth-related trauma, and miscarriage recovery. She also treats sexually transmitted diseases, polycystic ovarian syndrome, menstrual irregularities, painful periods, and reestablishing hormone balance.
