Commissioner Todd Sudick’s response to a recent concern regarding the remanded appeals processes and the removal of certain criteria and an administrative process that can sidestep the existence of a prior public record: Apparently Commissioner Sudick feels the actions of such have been fully vetted by their legal department and are defensible in a court of law.
