LAKE PEND OREILLE SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 84 NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Board of Trustees of Lake Pend Oreille School District No. 84, Bonner County Idaho, for furnishing the following: Service to provide VOIP Services. Award of this proposal is contingent upon the approval of funding from the Schools and Libraries Universal Service Administrative Company. The successful bidder agrees to bill and receive the discounted portion of the payment for the provisions of goods and services described herein directly from the Universal Service Administrative Company ("USAC"), and/or the Schools and Libraries Division ("SLD"). Lake Pend Oreille School District (LPOSD) and the successful bidder will comply with any applicable Schools and Libraries Universal Service Fund Program requirements, all applicable Idaho State Contract/Bid requirements, and other requirements as requested in the RFP. The vendor must include its Service Provider Information Number (SPIN) in its proposal. Any contract resulting from responses to the Request for Proposal (RFP) will take effect on July 1, 2016, and continue through at June 30, 2019 (3 years). Should an extension be permitted by the Schools and Libraries Service Administrative Company, the contract may be extended accordingly. A detailed RFP can be obtained at www.lposd.org. Deadline for RFP submissions is February 26, 2016 at 2:00 PM to the Clerk of the Board of Lake Pend Oreille School District at 901 N Triangle Drive, Ponderay, ID 83852. Bids will be opened at that time. Please indicate "VIOP Services" on the outside of the bid envelope. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids and proposals and to waive any irregularities, and to be sole judge of the suitability of the interest of the School District.
