Approved the payment of FY2016 EMS claims in Batch #9 in the amount of $16, 002.62 Batch #9; Ambulance District $16,002.62. PUBLIC WORKS - Approved the waiver of Solid Waste Fees for the City of Sandpoint Parks and Recreation for the demolition of the Memorial Field Grandstands in the approximate amount of $7,800.00. MISCELLANEOUS - Approved the Letter of Support for the renaming of "The Long Bridge" to the "Captain David I. Lyon Memorial Bridge". RISK MANAGEMENT/HUMAN RESOURCES - Approved the following pay sheets: Road & Bridge: 1 Full Time Employee; Equity Pay Adjustment for the Job Class, 1 Part Time Employee; Promotion to Full Time; Filling a Vacancy. Human Resources/Risk Management: 1 Full Time Employee; Salary Adjustment; Performance Related. EMS: 1 Full Time Employee; Promotion to Captain; Filling a Vacancy, 1 Full Time Employee; Promotion from Part Time to Full Time Paramedic; no pay change. Sheriff's Office: 1 Full Time Employee; Promotion to Accounting Specialist; Filling a Vacancy, 1 Part Time Employee: Recall from Layoff; Position Change to Captain. ROAD AND BRIDGE - Approved the Notice of Advertisements for Rock Crushing in Districts 1, 2, & 3 and authorized the Board Chairman to sign this administratively. Approved the State/Local agreement for the construction phase of the ITD Safety Improvement Program - Road Safety Enhancement Project, Key# 18765. PROSECUTOR - At 9:40a.m. Commissioner Sudick moved that the Board, pursuant to Idaho Code \u00DF 74-206., convene in executive session to communicate with legal counsel regarding pending/imminently-likely litigation, Idaho Code \u00DF 74-206 (1)(f). Seconded by Chairman, Cary Kelly. Roll call vote: Commissioner Sudick-Yes; Commissioner Kelly-Yes; Commissioner Bailey - Absent. The Motion passed. Denied the request for reconsideration of Board Decision on the Conditional Use Permit #C986-15. At 10:05 a.m. Commissioner Sudick moved that the Board, pursuant to Idaho Code \u00DF 74-206., convene in executive session to communicate with legal counsel regarding pending/imminently-likely litigation, Idaho Code \u00DF 74-206 (1) (f). Commissioner Kelly stepped down from the Chair to second the motion. Roll call vote: Commissioner Sudick-Yes; Commissioner Kelly-Yes; Commissioner Bailey - Absent.
