CITY OF KOOTENAI NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the city of Kootenai, Bonner County, Idaho, will conduct two public hearings scheduled for 6:30 p.m., on March 1, 2016, at 204 Spokane Street, Kootenai, Idaho, the purpose of which is to consider the adoption of Ordinance No. 209, Registration Requirements for Solicitors and Resolution No. 74, Registration Fee for Peddlers. A copy of the proposed Ordinance and Resolution are available at the Kootenai City Hall located at 204 Spokane Street, Kootenai, Idaho, during regular office hours Monday - Wednesday, 9:00am to 3:00pm. All persons desiring to be heard concerning said Ordinance should be in attendance. Written comments over one (1) page in length must be received by the City of Kootenai, P.O.
