PLUMMER — A slow start and cold shooting, coupled with facing the No. 5 ranked team in the state, made for a long night for Clark Fork, which lost 50-16 to Lakeside on Thursday night in North Star League girls basketball in Plummer.

Brooke Stevens led the Wampus Cats (3-5, 2-2 NSL) with seven points, and Leslie Kiebert and Lia Crumpton each tallied four rebounds and two steals.
