City bulldozing ahead with bad parking plan

It appears that the Bee is not interested in our city parking issues, so please let me enlighten the masses …

Recently, the City Council met in a “workshop” format, which to them apparently means that the citizens will be heard and then ignored, as if they had not taken time to attend.
