James P. Richards, 30, of Sandpoint was arrested on charges of burglary and grand theft in the 477000 block of Highway 95 at 4:12 p.m.
An officer responded to a civil protection violation in the 200 block of Larkspur Street at 6:32 p.m.
Jonah M. Buckley, 18, of Montclair, N.J., was arrested on a charge of burglary in the 200 block of Bonner Mall Way at 8:54 p.m.
