—Courtesy photo Sagle Elementary School’s fifth and sixth grade math teams earned medals in two math competitions this spring. In the Lake Pend Oreille School District competition at Sandpoint High School, Sagle placed first in the sixth grade division and third among all the fifth grade teams in the district. At the Washington State Math Olympiad in Richland, Wash., the Sagle teams earned excellent and superior recognition.
