NOTICE OF ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS SCHWEITZER MOUNTAIN ROAD 2016 ASPHALT OVERLAY PROJECT Separate sealed BIDS for the Independent Highway District Schweitzer Mountain Road 2016 Asphalt Overlay Project located in Bonner County, Idaho, will be received by the Independent Highway District ("District") at the office of the District Clerk, 31656 Highway 200, Suite 101, Ponderay, ID 83852, on or before 2:00 p.m. local time, Tuesday, July 12, 2016.
