Joyce Hatcher submitted this Best Shot taken in the Clark Fork area recently. “My friend and I were kayaking at the Clark Fork Drift Yard, early afternoon on Friday, June 17, when we saw this beautiful cloud formation. The Internet calls it ‘iridescent clouds’ which has tiny ice crystals or water droplets, causing light to be diffracted. It only lasted a minute or two. Since neither of us had ever seen this before, it was an added delight to our paddle.”
