Officers advised at 7:18 a.m. that a bike which was reported stolen from Travers Park was turned in as found property the previous day.

Officers checked residents in the 300 block of St. Clair Avenue after a 911 hang-up call at 9:24 a.m. and advised everything was fine.

A follow-up report was taken on Ponderosa Drive at 10:40 a.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on N. Fourth Avenue at 11:07 a.m.

An attempted IRS scam was reported on Aspen Court at 11:49 a.m.

Ongoing problem with a dog at large in the 500 block of Antone Street at 12:38 p.m.

A 911 pocket dial was reported in the area of First Avenue and Bridge Street at 12:58 p.m.

After a welfare check request on S. Third Avenue at 2:08 p.m., an officer contacted a parent and infant near the pier and issued the mother a verbal warning for an unspecified reason.

Quincy Rae Ulrich, 25, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 600 block of Larch Street at 11:43 p.m. on charges of driving under the influence (excessive).

Officers located an unsecured business in the 200 block of Cedar Street at 2:34 a.m. and advised that nothing appeared disturbed.

Michelle Gates, 42, of Sandpoint was arrested in the 200 block of Bonner Mall Way at 5:08 p.m. on charges of petit theft and possession of stolen property.
