June 30

An officer was unable to catch a dog running at large in the 600 block of S. Ella Avenue at 7:16 a.m.

An officer contacted a female yelling in the 200 block of S. Third Avenue at 10:22 a.m. and gave her a courtesy transport to BGH

Possible damage to a door lock was reported in the 900 block of N. Division Avenue at 9:58 a.m.

An employee accidentally set off the alarm in the 1600 block of Ontario Street at 11:33 a.m.

An officer assisted other units at the scene of a fatality collision in the 400 block of McGhee Road at 12:11 p.m.

An officer contacted a male trying to unlock a friend’s vehicle in the 300 block of N. Ella Avenue at 1 p.m.; he was unsuccessful, so the vehicle was tagged for 48-hour removal.

An officer was unable to locate two dogs running at large in the 300 block of Cedar Street at 1:13 p.m.

A non-injury vehicle-versus-bicyclist accident was report din the area of N. Boyer Avenue and Cedar Street at 1:31 p.m.

An officer checked the welfare of juveniles in the 1100 block of Sixth Avenue at 1:29 p.m. and advised they were fine.

An officer was unable to locate a reported suspicious male in the 900 block of Cedar Street at 1:44 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call in the Baldy Mountain Road area at 1:38 p.m.

An officer advised a family in the 1300 block of Honeysuckle Avenue at 2:35 p.m. regarding mental health issues.

An officer advised a male in the Samuelson Avenue area with a warrant was supposed to turn himself in at 3:52 p.m. but did not show up.

A dog owner was issued a verbal warning for having a dog at City Beach at 4:59 p.m.

Officers checked a residence in the 1100 block of Main Street at 5:15 p.m. for a possible battery victim; no one was home.

An officer assisted the county and ISP by contacting a reported reckless driver in the 200 block of Superior Street at 5:11 p.m.

A dog owner on S. Ella Avenue was issued a verbal warning at 5:40 p.m. for allowing her dog to run without a leash.

An officer was unable to contact a citizen who had concerns about the pedestrian crossings at the intersection of Fifth and Cedar at 6:29 p.m.

July 1

Officers conducted a search of the area around the 2200 block of Ontario Street at 1:11 a.m. but were unable to locate the source of yelling and possible gunshots.

An officer was unable to locate a reported drunken driver in the 200 block of Church Street at 1:15 a.m.

June 30

An officer and Northside Fire responded to a fatal traffic accident in the 400 block of McGhee Road at 12:11 p.m.

Kyle Flood, 22, of Sandpoint was cited on a charge of petit theft in the 200 block of Bonner Mall Way at 1:56 p.m.

An officer took a report of suspicious activity in the 477400 block of Highway 95 at 9 p.m.
