MINUTES FOR THE BONNER COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS' MEETING June 28, 2016 MISCELLANEOUS - Approved the Idaho Department of Commerce Rural Idaho Economic Development Professional Grant in the amount of $15,000 with the understanding that no County funds will be used in support of this agreement. Approved the Order of Annexation of twenty parcels of property located on Upper Pack River Road, Bonner County, Idaho into the Northside Fire District. EMS - Approved the Medical Director Consent and Dispatch Agreements for the Sagle Fire District, Sandpoint Fire, Westside Fire District, West Pend Oreille Fire District, Northside Fire District, and Sam Owen Fire District. All wish to be considered collaborative agencies with Bonner County. Approved the three year MOU between Kootenai County and BCEMS for the 700 MHz system renewal. The cost of this will not exceed $120.00 a unit, BCEMS currently has two units. ROAD & BRIDGE - Approved Resolution 16 - 49, authorizing the Clerk to schedule revenue by increasing the FY2016 Road & Bridge Budget line item# 02-40-0490-0000, Repairs Maintenance - Heavy Trucks by $38,251.00 from $135,000 to $173,251.00 to reflect the receipt of unanticipated revenue from Travelers Insurance. Approved Resolution 16 - 50, authorizing the Clerk to schedule revenue by increasing the FY2016 Road & Bridge Budget, line item# 02-40-0640-0000, Crushed Rock / Gravel, by $377,757.63 from $782,701.00 to $1,160,458.63 to reflect the receipt of unanticipated revenue through the Secure Rural Schools Act and House Bill 312. Accepted the Assignment of Reciprocal Easement Rights and authorized the Chairman to sign. Accepted the easements subject to the signing of the reciprocal easement assignment by the developers and authorized the Chairman to sign. RISK MANAGEMENT/HUMAN RESOURCES - Approved the pay sheets as presented: Fairgrounds: 1 Part Time Employee; Seasonal Fair Helper; New Hire; BCEMS: 1 Part Time Employee; EMT; Status change from Part Time/On Call to Full Time; Pay Reduction consistent with EMS Policies; Public Works: 1 Full Time Employee; New Hire Site Attendant; Filling vacated position.
