Former Sandpoint and current Washington State distance runner Sam Levora won the race in a photo finish at 16:16, just edging Nathan Wadhwani, followed by John Whelan (16:18), Andy McGinnis, 17:23 and Cole Dillon (17:31) to round out the top five.
