July 5

A theft of medication was reported in the 500 block of Olive Avenue at 10:31 a.m.

Suspicious activity was reported in the 1100 block of Sixth Avenue at 10:34 a.m.

A bike was reported abandoned in the 200 block of N. First Avenue at 11:01 a.m.

Report at 11:03 a.m. of unknown suspects having entered an unlocked residence in the 600 block of S. Third Avenue and taking wallets and purses

An officer assisted an employee from US Bank with information on Main Street at 11:53 a.m.

After a dog bite was reported in the area of Third and Pine at 1:56 p.m., an officer advised that the dog and victim were both visitors to the area and damage was minimal.

H&W requested officer assistance in setting up an interview with a juvenile in the 4100 block of Samuelson Avenue at 2:22 p.m.

An accidental 911 call was reported on S. Division Avenue at 4:23 p.m.

After a complaint of animal cruelty at 6:31 p.m., an officer checked on a dog in the 500 block of N. Fourth Avenue and advised it was fine.

After a noise complaint at 6:50 p.m., officers were unable to locate anyone using a chainsaw in the 400 block of W. Lake Street.

David A. Williams, 49, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 900 block of Forest Avenue at 8:38 p.m. on a Bonner County warrant, and was cited of an invalid driver’s license charge.

A male was contacted in the 400 block of Fifth Avenue at 8:56 p.m. and issued a verbal warning against harassing/stalking an ex-girlfriend.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on W. Lake Street at 9:20 p.m.

The parents of four juveniles caught doorbell ditching in the 1000 block of Oak Street were contacted at 11:30 p.m. and the juveniles were issued warnings for disturbing the peace and curfew violation.

July 6

A reportedly reckless driver was located after a complaint at 1:42 a.m.; an officer advised they were delivering newspapers and were not impaired.

July 5

Clifford Collier, 66, of Sandpoint was cited on a charge of theft in the 200 block of Bonner Mall Way at 9:01 a.m.

An officer responded to a 911 misdial in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 5:05 p.m.

An officer took a missing person report in the 300 block of Bonner Mall Way at 5:56 p.m.
