A call was transferred to the county as a reported reckless driver was heading out of town at 11:59 a.m.; however, deputies were unable to locate vehicle.

Adam P Bagnell, 32, of San Francisco, Calif. was cited on a charge of possession of a controlled substance in the 7000 block of Schweitzer Mountain Road at 12:37 p.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on S. Division Avenue at 9:03 a.m.

An officer advised at 9:02 a.m. that an unknown vehicle backed into another vehicle in the 400 block of Main Street then left the scene.

Request for a male to be trespassed from a business in the 200 block of N. Fourth Avenue at 10:43 a.m.

An officer was canceled on scene for a boat which appeared to be in distress in the Bridge Street area at 11:51 a.m.

Report of a reckless driver in the area of Highway 2 and Ontario Street at 11:59 a.m.

A Sandpoint K9 officer assisted the county at a call on Schweitzer Mountain Road at 12:37 p.m.

An officer advised that a caller in the N. Division Avenue at 1:15 p.m. was trying to get medical assistance and accidentally hung up on 911.

An officer responded to a deer-versus-vehicle collision reported in the 26800 block of Highway 2 at 2:57 p.m.

A male with dementia was located by family members in the Bridge Street area just before law enforcement arrived on scene at 3:33 p.m.

An officer assisted Ponderay Police on a call on Kootenai Cutoff Road at 6:11 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate an ATV driving recklessly in the area of the 1200 block of Alder Street at 6:20 p.m.

Yard lights were reported taken from a residence in the 1300 block of Ontario Street at 7:25 p.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on S. Division Avenue at 7:54 p.m.

An adult male on Pine Street was taken to Kootenai Health in Coeur d’Alene by his family after suicide threats at 8:21 p.m.

July 11

After a DUI investigation in the area of Baldy Mountain Road and John Hudon Lane at 12:58 a.m., the driver was released without charges.

PONDERAY POLICE

July 10

An officer responded to an alarm activation in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 6:11 p.m.

Lawrence G. Moore, 46, of Ponderay was arrested on a charge of unlawful entry in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 6:36 p.m.

PRIEST RIVER POLICE

July 10

A 911 hang-up was reported on Old Priest River Road at 5:23 p.m.

An officer responded to a family offense reported in the pre-100 block of Rivers End Drive at 6:06 p.m.

Custodial interference was reported on High Street at 5:53 p.m.
