Ladies golf clinic on tap

SANDPOINT — Attention any women who would like to learn the game of golf or simply want to improve their existing game: Join former Hidden Lakes and Idaho Club and current Stoneridge Golf Course head pro Mike Deprez on Monday nights this summer for a ladies golf clinic.

The four-week clinic will be held each Monday night from Aug. 8 through Aug. 29, from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at the driving range on the University of Idaho property on Boyer Ave.

The class fee is $90 ($5 city discount), and includes expert golfing tutelage, range balls and one round of golf at Stoneridge. Register at Sandpoint Parks and Rec (1123 Lake St.) by Aug. 1 to guarantee your spot in the class.
