July 14

An officer checked the area and found nothing out of the ordinary in the area of Pine and Division after a report of suspicious circumstances at 6:56 a.m.

A disorderly male was trespassed from a business in the 500 block of Fifth Avenue at 9:19 a.m.

Richard A. Harter, 45, of Clark Fork, was arrested on a charge of battery in the area of Division Avenue and Pine Street at 9:23 a.m.

An officer was unable to locate any dogs off leash in Lakeview Park after a complaint at 9:37 a.m.

Officers were unable to locate anyone who may have been involved in a domestic dispute in the area of Larch and Boyer at 10:35 a.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Madison Avenue at 10:48 a.m.

An illegally parked vehicle was moved prior to the officer’s arrival in the N. First Avenue area at 12:54 p.m.

A female causing problems in the 1200 block of Oak Street was trespassed from the residence at 1:22 p.m.

Two tennis rackets were turned in as found property from the S. Ella Avenue area at 3:27 p.m.

Donovan I. Weid, 18, of Sandpoint, was arrested on a Bonner County warrant in the area of S. Boyer Avenue and Pine Street at 3:49 p.m.

A report was filed in the 4200 block of Samuelson Avenue at 4:30 p.m. regarding medication missing in transit.

Officers were unable to locate a vehicle possibly involved in drug trafficking at City Beach on Bridge Street at 5:29 p.m.

An officer assisted EMS on a call in the 1100 block of N. Division Avenue at 5:50 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a dog off leash in Lakeview Park on S. Ella Avenue at 7:55 p.m.

An officer answered a citizen’s questions in the 600 block of S. Ella Avenue at 9:52 p.m.

Report of a tire being “popped” in the 200 block of Church Street at 2:11 a.m.

An intoxicated male was given a courtesy transport and issued a verbal warning for misuse of 911 from the N. First Avenue area at 3:13 a.m.
