The Festival at Sandpoint is at Memorial Field again this year, despite their 1993 agreement with area residents. The Festival has booked concerts by Emmy Lou Harris and The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band. Will these concerts be similar to last year’s concert by Vince Gill, where he only appeared twice?

Judging from attendance it’s apparent that the only thing keeping The Festival going are the sponsors and donations. At least The Festival staff is still able to collect their generous salaries.
