William Donley, 47, of Newport, Wash., was arrested at 12:03 a.m. in the 500 block of Le Clerc Road on charges of driving under the influence and possession of marijuana.

May 31

After an officer checked on a female reported to be yelling in the roadway in the area of S. Third Avenue and W. Superior Street at 10:19 a.m., he advised she said she was OK but had a panic attack.

An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call in the S. Third Avenue area at 11:02 a.m.

Items were taken from a donation box in the 200 block of Richland Avenue at 11:05 a.m.

Report of an injury accident in the 900 block of Baldy Mountain Road at 12:39 p.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on N. Second Avenue at 1:08 p.m.

Phone threats were reported at the police department on W. Lake Street at 2:28 p.m.

Officers responded to a family fight in the 2500 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 2:30 p.m. and advised the male suspect had already fled the scene before they arrived.

An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 pocket dial in the S. Division Avenue area at 3:16 p.m.

Aidan M. Maricich, 18, of Sandpoint, was arrested on a charge of battery after a physical confrontation with a family member in the 1200 block of Oak Street at 7:31 p.m.

Duane L. Good, 52, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 300 block of Church Street at 1:07 a.m on a charge of driving under the influence excessive.

Accidental 911 activation while trying to get an outside line was reported on N. Division Avenue at 2:27 a.m.
