Nicholas W. Voita, 20, of Ponderay was arrested at 7:31 p.m. on Bonner Mall Way on charges of possession of marijuana, less than 3 ounces; and possession of paraphernalia with the intent to use.

An officer responded to a juvenile problem in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 8:36 p.m.
