With only two players to cover the court, doubles is very much about shot placement, and it’s not uncommon to see players dive to retrieve balls. Games of 2-on-2, 4-on-4 and 6-on-6 are played often on the three Sandpoint courts, which get plenty of action in the summer time. —Photo by ERIC PLUMMER
