I am sick and tired of those huge bumps on the bypass that are marked with a yellow sign that reads, “bump,” with two orange flags on top of the signs going each way. Also the same kind of sign as you are on Superior to get on to the Long

Bridge that reads, “water over road,” also with two flags on top of the sign when it rains or snows.

Whose responsibility is this to get it repaired? Is it the state, the county, the city, the contractor, or mine?
