TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE Reference is made to that certain trust deed made by Phillip Harold Melton and Shantel M. Melton, husband and wife as grantor, to Sandpoint Title Insurance as trustee, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Franklin Bank, SSB, its successors and assigns as beneficiary, dated March 21, 2007, recorded March 26, 2007, in the mortgage records of Bonner County, Idaho, as Document No. 725549, and assigned to HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Trustee on behalf of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust and for the registered holders of ACE Securities Corp. First Ave, Sandpoint, ID 83864, in the City of Sandpoint, County of Bonner, State of Idaho, sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash the interest in the real property described above, which the grantor had or had power to convey at the time of the execution by grantor of the trust deed together with any interest which the grantor or grantor's successors in interest acquired after the execution of the trust deed, to satisfy the foregoing obligations thereby secured and the costs and expenses of the sale, including reasonable charges by the trustee. In construing this notice, the singular includes the plural, the word "grantor" includes any successor in interest to the grantor as well as any other person owing an obligation, the performance of which is secured by the trust deed, and the words "trustee" and "beneficiary" include their respective successors in interest, if any. NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE PLAT REVIEW NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Planning Department is in receipt of a preliminary plat (subdivision) application for the following: File SS1854-16 - Countrywood Acres - Preliminary Plat - Ernest Hawks & Linda Michal are seeking preliminary plat approval to subdivide a \u00B120-acre parcel into two \u00B110-acre lots. The site is located approximately 7 miles north of Athol, on Countrywood Lane in Section 25, Township 54 North, Range 3 West, B.M. The site zoned Rural 5. Bonner County Revised Code 12-653 authorizes this application to be considered administratively, allowing time for agency and public comment. You are invited to comment on this application.
