DOVER URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 2016-01 Public notice is hereby given by the Dover Urban Renewal Agency (the "Agency") that on June 22, 2016, the Board of Commissioners of the Agency approved and adopted Resolution No. 2016-01 (the "Resolution"). The Resolution authorized the sale and issuance of the Agency's Tax Revenue Allocation Refunding Bond, Series 2016A (Tax-Exempt Dover Bay Project), issued in the principal amount of $4,760,459 and its Tax Revenue Allocation Refunding Bond, Series 2016B (Taxable Dover Bay Project), issued in the principal amount of $1,354,729 (collectively, the "Bonds"). The Bonds are being issued to (1) refund the Agency's outstanding Tax Revenue Allocation Bond, Series 2014A (Tax-Exempt Dover Bay Project), (2) refund the Agency's outstanding Tax Revenue Allocation Bond, Series 2014B (Taxable Dover Bay Project), and (3) pay costs of issuance of the Bonds (collectively, the "Project"). NOTICE OF ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS SCHWEITZER MOUNTAIN ROAD 2016 ASPHALT OVERLAY PROJECT Separate sealed BIDS for the Independent Highway District Schweitzer Mountain Road 2016 Asphalt Overlay Project located in Bonner County, Idaho, will be received by the Independent Highway District ("District") at the office of the District Clerk, 31656 Highway 200, Suite 101, Ponderay, ID 83852, on or before 2:00 p.m. local time, Tuesday, July 12, 2016.
