Library group hosts monthly book sale

SANDPOINT — Come one, come all. The Friends of the East Bonner County Library is inviting you to its monthly book sale to be held on Saturday, July 2, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

The sale again will be a special event. We will be utilizing two venues: inside the library lobby and inside the garage of the newly-purchased, two-story structure just west of the library.

Inside the library, we will feature patriotic Americana, cook books, art books, coffee table books and westerns. The westerns will be sold at $1 per bag.

The many books in the garage are available to you due to the great generosity of the owners of the now-closed Common Knowledge book store. The books in the garage will be sold by the box, not by individual volumes.

The boxes will be priced between $1 and $3, depending on the size of the box. The sale of these books represents a huge savings to you because of the quantity and in many cases the quality of the books in the boxes. It is a fantastic opportunity to stock up on your summer reading.
