NOTICE is hereby given that the Bonner County Sheriff, pursuant to the Second Writ Of Execution issued February 8, 2016, pursuant to the Judgment entered December 10, 2015 and recorded December 17, 2015 as Instrument No. 883487, records of Bonner County, Idaho, pursuant to statute, on the 16th day of March, 2016, at the hour of 10:00, a.m., at the front entrance to the Bonner County Courthouse, whose address is 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint Idaho 83864, will sell all the right, title, and interest of the Judgment Debtors CARRI CRATER, MARCI TONNEMACHER, COLE TONNEMACHER, SHARON TONNEMACHER, and DANIEL TONNEMACHER, in and to the real property legally described as: The North Half of Lot 14 and all of Lot 15 in Block 2 of Southmayd's Addition to Sandpoint, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Book 1 of Plats, Page 38, records of Bonner County, Idaho. The physical location of the parcel of real property from the best information available is believed to be 439 South Ella Avenue, Sandpoint, ID 83864. The real estate is twenty (20) acres or less and the time of redemption pursuant to Idaho Code \u00DF11-402 shall be six (6) months regarding each parcel of real estate.
