Howard E. Fleer, 76

Howard E. Fleer, 76, passed away on Monday, Feb. 22, 2016, at his daughter's home in Iowa after a battle with cancer.

A memorial service with family and friends will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 26, 2016, at First Lutheran Church in Sandpoint, Idaho, with light refreshments following.

Funeral services were held in Howard's hometown of Wayne, Neb., on Feb. 26, at Our Savior Lutheran Church and interment was at Green-wood Ceme-tery.
