ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS PROJECT TITLE: Bonner Mall Way Bike/Ped Path, Ponderay Separate sealed BIDS for a pedestrian and bicycle improvement project located at Bonner Mall Way and Triangle Drive in Ponderay, Idaho and other related work as set forth in the Contract documents will be received by the City of Ponderay at 288 4th Street, Ponderay, Idaho 83852, until 11 a.m. local time on Tuesday, the 12th of April, 2016 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS CITY OF SANDPOINT - 2016 CIPP PROJECT REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS Pursuant to IC 67-2805, "Procurement of Public Works Construction", City of Sandpoint (City), Idaho is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from licensed public works contractors who are interested in bidding on the 2016 CIPP Project. The Project generally consists of cured-in-place pipe rehabilitation of approximately 5,000 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewers, including cleaning, CCTV inspection, cutting off protruding taps, reinstating laterals, and related items of work. Actual bid quantities may change pending the ongoing final design of the project. The opinion of estimated project cost is between $165,000 and $180,000. It is anticipated that the project will bid in April of 2016 with a contract duration of approximately forty (40) calendar days from the commencement of Contract Times, and must be Substantially Complete by August 31, 2016. Actual bid quantities and dates are subject to change. The City reserves the right to cancel or postpone bidding or award of a contract for the project.
