NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS CITY OF DOVER The City of Dover, Bonner County, Idaho is accepting sealed proposals for Contract Operator Services from qualified firms or individuals to provide contract services to operate the City's wastewater system. Requirements include: the skills necessary to operate the City's wastewater system, possession of a Class III wastewater collection certification and Class III wastewater treatment certificate, or higher, from the State of Idaho and the ability to respond to after-hours emergencies within thirty minutes.
