In my last letter I was flippant about the new Bee website. But I see that it does indeed exclude those without a Facebook page from blogging/responding to other letters and stories in the paper. What is the reason for this?

Secondly, I see that the Spokane outsider hired for $102,000 of our hard-earned money stolen from the advertised projects it was intended for and totally against the wishes of the citizens has put her big foot in something that she has no business with — food vendors for Lost in the ’50s. Now I only attend the car parade, but this 30-plus year Sandpoint tradition does not need a Spokane outsider with ideas on how to run the event we’ve managed very well with all this time, thank you. Mrs. Stapleton not elected. I say ignore her. Stand up for your rights and not be dictated to by someone who should never had been sticking her nose in our business and town in the first place.

I’m just wonder how many other wishes and rights Stapleton and the farcical city council will trample before we hopefully throw them out in the next election, especially that usurper Selby “Wrongstad?” Those who voted for him, had your belly full yet?
