After serving with Commissioner Todd Sudick for the past two years, I can wholeheartedly support him for another term. I think he has been unfairly maligned in the press (letters to the editor) by a few individuals who do not have all of the facts, especially as they relate to the fire of two planning employees, one being the director.

After a thorough investigation of all the complaints from the Planning Department, there was no evidence of any violation of county policy by him, or any other commissioner. Unfortunately, he can’t defend himself because of employee privacy rules.

In other areas such as overseeing our two airports and the county budget, his leadership has been particularly noteworthy and valuable.

The county needs him for another term as commissioners.
