Richard Fowlkes, 67, was cited in the area of Highway 95 and Piehl Road at 12:11 a.m. on a charge of driving without privileges.

SANDPOINT POLICE

May 1

An officer advised a vehicle hit a skateboarder in the 400 block of Fifth Avenue at 9:35 a.m. and left without leaving personal information. Minor injuries were reported.

Damage to a vehicle was reported in the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue at 9:37 a.m.

After a barking dog complaint in the 300 block of Fourth Avenue; the owner was contacted at 10:36 a.m.

A bicycle was taken from the 1200 block of Alder Street at 11:27 a.m.

Officers responded to the 600 block of Jefferson Avenue after a family offense was reported at 12:23 p.m. Officers advised family members got into a verbal altercation, but nothing physical occurred.

Possible harassment was reported in the 200 block of Fourth Avenue at 12:36 p.m.

An incident that occurred at a stoplight in the area of Highway 2 and Boyer Avenue was reported at 4:14 p.m.

Several juveniles were issued verbal warnings for climbing onto the roof of the school in the 1600 block of Spruce Street at 4:51 p.m.

Officers contacted a group of people at City Beach who had released balloons in remembrance of a teen who had died the previous year after a complaint of littering at 6 p.m.

An officer stood by during a child exchange in the 1100 block of Elderberry Avenue at 3:29 p.m.

A 911 pocket dial was reported on Pine Street at 7:59 p.m.

Accidental 911 activation by an elderly female in the Division Avenue area at 8:53 p.m.

Benjamin M Leas, 19, of Sandpoint, was cited in the 1100 block of Michigan Street at 10:30 p.m. on a charge of possession of paraphernalia.

Officers were unable to contact the owners of barking dogs in the 1800 block of Poplar Street at 10:39 p.m.

May 2

A Sandpoint K9 officer assisted the county on a traffic stop in the area of Highway 95 and Piehl Road at 12:11 a.m.

Brandon S. Cramer, 30, of Priest River, was arrested at 12:46 a.m. in the 471000 block of Highway 95 in Sagle on charges of driving under the influence, excessive; and driving without privileges.

Sandpoint officers assisted EMS personnel on a call on Cedar Avenue at 2:58 a.m. in Ponderay

May 1

An officer received a report of a reckless vehicle in the 474000 block of Highway 95 at 9:42 a.m.

An officer assisted Sandpoint Police with a domestic dispute in the 600 block of Jefferson at 12:23 p.m.

An officer assisted the Idaho State Police in the area of 468000 Highway 95 at 12:51 p.m.
