Monthly book sale set for today

SANDPOINT — There is lots going on today, including the Friends of the Library book sale at the Sandpoint Library.

The Friends of the Library will hold their fundraising book sale between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. today at the Sandpoint Library.

The May book sale will feature special pricing on a number of categories beginning with science fiction paperbacks that will be priced at 10 for $1. Young adult books, CDs, and mysteries by Tom Clancy, Mary Higgins Clark, and John Grisham will be priced at four for $1.

Looking for a special book for Mother’s Day gift giving? The sale will host a Mother’s Day feature table as well as selections on the “better book” table.

Home schooling is of interest to many families in the community, we have many books in our inventory that could be useful, including reference books.

Friends of the Library has received lots of new donations over the past month, the majority of those books will be featured at the May book sale including religion, spirituality, the history of San Francisco, westerns, and American Indians.
