Sen. Shawn Keough has represented the people of Idaho with distinction, we are lucky she is from our own first district.

The nonsense of her opponents who quote religiously “she voted to raise your taxes” is just that, “without sense or balance.” Her job as chairman of the Joint Finance and Appropriations Committee in the Legislature puts her in an often-controversial role. When has North Idaho had a chairman of JFAC before? How often has a woman chaired that Important committee?

Sen. Shawn has represented North Idaho and brought back millions of our tax dollars back for schools, road and other needed infrastructure improvements. She works very hard for all regardless of party. Ask her a question about the district and expenditures, she will answer after researching the issue and report accurately. Senator Keough deserves your vote, she has earned it!
