Forum explores music connection

SANDPOINT — Music stimulates both the mind and the soul. “Alive Inside” explores that connection and tells how people with dementia and mental illness are rejuvenated through hearing “their music.”

The forum will be starting a half-hour earlier in the Community Room in the Columbia Bank building, 414 Church, from 2-4 p.m.
