Is the Reader biased and/or protectionist? Citizen questions will be censored and police hired as “crowd control” at their May 11 candidate forum. Issues of candidate character will not be entertained. Perhaps, Rich’s political intention to win a hip replacement on the county’s time and insurance dime is controversial.

The lawn signs (Wheeler, Sudick, Rohrer, and McDonald) clearly denote constitutional small government leaders open to tough evaluation. Alternatively, the Wynhausen-endorsed group (Ford, Connolly, Keough, and Rich) is big government knows better, RINO-protected territory.

Sen. Keough would have you believe conservatism is represented by spending other people’s money thru “public (non-taxpayer/‘establishment’) demand” (www.idahopoliticsweekly.com). Rich’s 200-percent fire levy increase and Keough’s support of the $55 million LPOSD building levy, identify them as proponents of increasing taxation.

Keeping it simple. On May 17, you elect how much confiscation of our tax dollars and liberties occur!
