Dover announces seat vacancies

DOVER — The city has two vacancies for appointment.

• With the departure of Councilman Neal Hewitt, the city is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position for the term that expires Jan. 11, 2018. Interested parties must be residents of Dover and registered voters.

• There is an opening on Dover’s Planning and Zoning Commission. The P&Z Commission is busy updating zoning ordinances as well as updating the city’s Comprehensive Plan. Term expires July 1, 2018.
