—Photo by MICHAEL NUTT The Sandpoint Cutthroat JV lacrosse team played well in a losing effort, falling 5-3 against the Mt. Spokane JV recently. Garrett Pierce, pictured taking a hit in earlier season action, scored two goals for Sandpoint, and Jason Leedle added the third goal. Mt. Spokane was paced by a balanced attack, with each of their five goals being scored by a different player.
