SANDPOINT POLICE
May 18
Three males were trespassed from railroad property in the Highway 95 area after being observed by a passing train engineer at 5:14 a.m.
An adult male was given a courtesy transport to the Crisis Center in Coeur d’Alene from Bonner General at 8:34 a.m.
A vehicle was broken into in the 100 block of S. Second Avenue at 10:18 a.m.
All subjects involved in a verbal altercation in the 1100 block of Michigan at 10:40 a.m. had left the scene when the officer arrived. When they are located, they will be trespassed from the business.
A follow-up report was taken on Forest Avenue at 10:40 a.m.
A follow-up report was taken on N. Fourth avenue at 2:20 p.m.
Both parties in an ongoing harassment case were contacted in the 600 block of Larch Street at 2:38 p.m. and advised to stay away from each other.
An officer answered a citizen’s questions in the 500 block of S. First Avenue at 6:22 p.m.
Steven R. Lee, 27, of Sagle, was arrested in the 200 block of E. Superior Street at 8:59 p.m. on two Bonner County warrants, and was cited on a charge of possession of marijuana.
Cory R. Dea, 27, of Spokane, Wash., was cited in the 800 block of Fifth Avenue at 9:36 p.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
May 19
Officers located an unsecured business in the 300 block of N. First Avenue at 2:58 a.m. and advised nothing appeared disturbed.
Aaron M. Fullerton, 21, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the area of N. Boyer Avenue and Oak Street at 3:51 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.

May 18
An officer responded to the 400 block of Bonner Mall Way to assist a citizen at 9;45 a.m.
An officer took a report of an unlawful entry in the 100 block of Triangle Drive at 5:09 p.m.
Suspicious circumstances were reported on Triangle Drive at 6:28 p.m.
An officer took a report of a 911 hang-up in the 476700 block of Highway 95 at 6:44 p.m.
An officer responded to a report of follow-up in the 100 block of Triangle Drive at 9:04 p.m.
