May 19

A construction crew in the 200 block of S. Division Avenue was advised at 5:30 a.m. of the city noise ordinance and agreed to stop work until 6 a.m.

An officer checked on a female in the 200 block of E. Superior Street at 6:22 a.m. and advised she was upset over family issues but was otherwise OK.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Turbine Drive at 6:56 a.m.

A male and a female were trespassed from a residence in the 700 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 11:34 a.m.

A 911 hang-up was reported on N. Boyer Avenue at 11:27 a.m.

An officer answered an out-of-state citizen’s questions via telephone at 12:07 p.m.

A 15-year-old was cited on a charge of possession of tobacco in the 1000 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 1:33 p.m.

After officers contacted an intoxicated female in the 200 block of Church Street at 4:04 p.m., they advised she was not cooperative and stated she was fine and did not need assistance.

The owner of a cellphone found on Michigan Street was contacted at 4:18 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call in the Fifth Avenue area at 5:08 p.m.

Kenneth L. Pellens, 34, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 4000 block of N. Boyer Ave on a charge of driving under the influence at 6:50 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken on Oak Street at 7:04 p.m.

Officers checked an address in the 600 block of Boyer at the request of Idaho State Police and the county at 8:58 p.m. after an accident was reported on Bottle Bay Road at 4:32 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a reported drunken driver in the area of the 400 block of Fifth Avenue at 9:03 p.m.

After two male juveniles on bicycles threw ice and sand on a young child in the 1200 block of Cedar Street at 10:15 p.m., officers advised they were unable to locate the pair.

Officers were unable to locate any loud music/drumming in the area of the fairgrounds at 10:34 p.m.

David L Nabors, 44, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 300 block of Cedar Street at 2:24 a.m. on charges of driving under the influence, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
