I see people using their phones all time while driving and, on the news, I see reports of fatal crashes on our highways. I have an idea — when you see someone driving and texting, take the license number, date and time, then send it to the newspaper to be printed.
If they contradict it, it isn’t a problem for law enforcement to intercept the cellphone call. And let them prove they weren’t using their phone
