The son of Michelle Houle and Aaron Richter (Auletta) of Sandpoint, he weighed 8 pounds, 5 ounces at birth.

Grandparents are Pam and Rick Auletta of Hope and Dan and Lori Houle of Ely, Minn. Great-grandparents are Pam Auletta.
